Pre-orders placed with Kpop Kastle will be shipped once received, pre-orders can not be canceled unless Kpop Kastle cancels the orders. Pre-orders may or may not include POBs (pre-order benefits) please check product description for more information. All posters will come folded into (2-4-6-8) parts depending on sizing of both the poster and shipping materials.
Orders placed with pre-order only items may not ship until the pre-ordered items arrive to our warehouse, if you would like to receive your in-stock items prior to pre-order shipping period please submit multiple orders.
