If you picked up an in store order all claims must still be filed for via email, and same policies apply, must submit an opening video.
You have two (2) weeks from purchase date to pick up items in store, any items not picked up will be reshelved without notice. No refunds will be issued in this case.
Please bring valid id matching the purchasers name, order number and confirmation email in order to pick up items.
If you are picking items up for another customer, please be sure to provide a copy of their valid id (passport, drivers license, permit, student id), order number and confirmation email
*Kpop Kastle reserves the right to not allow customers to pick up orders that are not their own, even with valid identification.
If you accidentally selected to pick up an order in store at no additional cost, but need your item shipped, please email us at support@kpopkastle.com so one of our staff can assist you in canceling your order, and giving you the ability to reorder with the proper shipping costs. Please note that orders will have to be canceled so if items are sold our please be aware they may no longer be available if your order is replaced at a later time.
